Fool proof Press Releases (How to write a press release) is an interactive session will fill you with knowledge and confidence to draft and issue a press release on behalf of your business. PLACES ARE LIMITED TO ENSURE EACH PERSON LEAVES THE SESSION WITH A DRAFT PRESS RELEASE.
No matter how confident you are in your writing skills, this workshop aims to give step-by-step help and tips to take an idea, news story or event and turn it into an engaging press release.
Whether drafting a release or pitching in an idea to a journalist, it is important to know what to write and how to write it. Learn how to make your press release stand out from the hundreds of press releases a journalist receives every day and understand how to tailor your writing for different audiences / outlets.
This interactive session will give you the chance to have a go so be prepared to put pen to paper. This session is ideal for people with a basic understanding of PR and who are ready to give writing a go to garner publicity for their business.
